Vita is located on the magnificent holiday park ‘Les Jardins du
Chateau d’Olonne,’ in the heart of the French Vendée region. It is
situated at a mere ten minutes from the seaside town of Les Sables
d’Olonne, by far the most chic resort of the Vendée.
This part of he Vendée
region benefits from its own micro-climate and boasts an average of
sunshine hours rivalling that of the south of France. It is
blessed with some of the Vendée’s finest sandy beaches and features
many opportunities for sport and leisure activities: there are no
less than six golf courses in the immediate vicinity, as well as
many tennis courses and opportunities for recreational sailing.
The villa was built in the course of 2005 and
2006. As of now, it is fully equipped; the garden was completed in
May 2006 and already offers much privacy.
