The garden is large and sunny. Behind it
flows a streamlet and are some tall trees, creating a spacious
effect.
The swimming pool is shaped in the “Roman Style” and measures 320 x
150 inch. It is embedded in the gently sloping garden.
There is a beautiful sun-terrace, tiled with pink quality tiles (15
x 15 inch) and yellow pervious concrete in rounded shapes.

The swimming pool, which is heated either electrically or by solar collectors,
is surrounded by curved tiles of yellow pervious concrete. It looks out on an almost 80 years old olive tree, as well
as on the landscape behind the garden.
